School Walk for Diabetes
A great big thanks to everyone who participated in the School
Walk for Diabetes. Sacred Heart School is proud to say that we worked very hard and
raised a total of $5077. Jack S., a first grade student, was the top money raiser
with $400. Jack received a medallion and a certificate from the American Diabetes
Association.
Mrs. Burbach's Fifth Grade class raised
the "most money per student in class" with $36.23 per student
and earned a pizza party. Mrs. Staab's First Grade class also
earned a pizza party and raised a total of $698.50. A portion
of the total money collected will be allocated for Physical
Education equipment.
