Archbishop Naumann Visits
Sacred Heart School
Sacred Heart School students and staff were
honored by the presence of Archbishop Joseph Naumann at all
school Mass on Friday, December 17th. The Archbishop celebrated
the Eucharist along with Fr. Craig and the rest of the Sacred
Heart School community. Each student personally introduced
themselves to the Archbishop as he joined them for donuts
and juice following Mass.
Archbishop Naumann commented on the importance of Catholic
schools as a means of passing on the faith to our young people.
He made a special point to recognize Fr. Craig, the Sacred
Heart School staff, parents and parishioners for the efforts
and sacrifices they make to insure that our children have
the opportunity to grow and live out their faith here at Sacred
Heart School. He also complimented the students for the reverence
they displayed and acknowledged the “wonderful spirit”
that he sensed in our school community.
