I am so excited
for the school year to start! Here is a little about
myself for those who do not know me. I am a 2002
graduate of Newman University in Wichita, KS and have lived in
the Kansas City area for the past 5 years. While at
Newman, I was a member of the women's basketball team all four
years. I learned so much and have many great memories to
share.
After moving to Kansas City, I worked with Early Childhood at Saint-Luke's Hospital on the Plaza for 2 years. I really enjoyed working with the young ones, but felt there was something missing. I few years back, I started subbing part-time for area school districts. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be Mrs. Scheiderer's long-term sub and the rest, as they say, is history.
Some exciting news to share for those who don't already know, I am getting married the day after school gets out (Summer 2008). So, this will be the last year my name is Miss Ohl. I will surely miss the short name as I will be going to Meidinger. I am so excited and can't wait.
I am so blessed to be here at Sacred Heart with such a wonderful community of students, staff, and parents. I am looking forward to an exciting year.
