Hello and Welcome!  I am very excited to be a 4th Grade Teacher at Sacred Heart.  I am originally from Flush, KS.  and graduated from Emporia State University.  Prior to working at Sacred Heart, I taught 5th Grade at Prince of Peace in Olathe, KS.  I left that position in 1998 to raise my children.  In September of 2005 I was asked to come to Sacred Heart as a Paraprofessional, and was fortunate to be offered the 4th Grade position the next year. 

I live in Shawnee with my husband, Vernon and our two daughters, Autumn and Briana (Autumn is in Miss Ohl's 4th Grade class and Briana is in Mrs. Staab's 1st Grade Class.)

I am so blessed to be at Sacred Heart with a wonderful community of students, staff, and parents.  I am looking forward to an exciting year.
